minimum of 48 hours notice is required. turnaround time (generally 2 days+), depends on current volume of our cooking/delivery schedule. if we can accommodate you sooner, we will let you know.
all meals are to
be ordered and delivered at once (unless
additional deliveries were included with your gift - to find out please
contact us). meals arrive par-cooked & frozen for enjoyment
at your convenience. don't
have enough space in your freezer? you may also divide your order into
additional deliveries, but at your expense. to calculate the fee for your area,

for orders WITHIN greater Montreal, greater Toronto, greater Calgary, or
greater Vancouver: meals are delivered by appointment, Monday thru Friday.
if a delivery attempt was made
and the recipient was not home to receive the package, the recipient is
responsible to pay for the returning
delivery fee.
for
orders BEYOND greater Montreal, Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver: meals are shipped overnight via FedEx in a reusable, insulated cooler filled with enough dry ice to guarantee meals arrive frozen and in excellent condition. *due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not allow our packages to be in transit over any weekend. as such, orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday only. orders placed after Wednesday 4PM EST will be
shipped out the following Monday. if we can accommodate you sooner, we will let you know.
we're sorry but we cannot deliver to PO boxes. to guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. we'll
gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
however, should additional FedEx ODA
(out of delivery area) fees apply, recipients will be required to provide an
alternate address inside FedEx's local zones, or incur the additional costs
themselves.
NOTE: the shipping carriers WILL NOT leave a package at the door.
IF YOU CANNOT BE HOME DURING THE DAY, we suggest having your package shipped to a place of
employment or neighbour. we will not be responsible or issue refunds if a delivery attempt was made and the
recipient was not home to receive the package.

mamaluv is not responsible for incorrect ship to address information and refunds will not be issued.
refund / cancellation policy:
all gift sales are final. once an order has been
processed, it may not be
cancelled. however, we will gladly offer you a credit towards any future gift
purchase or meal purchase.
all meals ordered through mamaluv are non-refundable. if you are not satisfied with any of your meals, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will gladly credit you another selection on your next purchase.
